MarkupFormatting.QuoteChar Property
This API supports the .NET Framework infrastructure and is not intended to be used directly from your code.
When overridden in a derived class, gets the character that is used for quotation marks.

Remarks
An example of the quotation mark character is '\"' or '\''.
