IDeviceEmulatorManagerVMID::Connect

Starts the Device Emulator if it is not already started and connects to it.

Return Value

An HRESULT value that indicates the outcome of the method call.

Remarks

This is the equivalent of selecting Connect from the Actions menu in the Device Emulator Manager window.
