Compares the specified object to the result collection to determine whether it is of the same data type.

Parameters

• obj
  [in] System.Object instance that represents the object to compare.

Return Value

A 32-bit signed integer that indicates the relative order of the objects being compared. The return value has these meanings:

Value	Description
<0	This instance is less than obj.
=0	This instance is equal to obj
>0	This instance is greater than obj.

Exceptions

Exception type	Condition
ArgumentException	The obj parameter does not specify the same data type as the result collection.

Thread Safety

Any public static (Shared in Visual Basic) members of this type are thread safe. Any instance members are not guaranteed to be thread safe.
