Gets or sets a value that indicates whether the drop-down for a RibbonTab is open.

Property Value
Type: System.Boolean
true if the drop-down for a RibbonTab is open; otherwise, false. The registered default is false. For more information about what can influence the value, see Dependency Property Value Precedence.

Remarks
When the IsMinimized property is true, the Quick Access Toolbar, Application Menu, and tab headers are shown, but the tab contents are put in a drop-down and are not shown by default. When a user selects a tab header, the drop-down for the tab is opened and its contents are shown. Selecting or deselecting the tab header toggles the IsDropDownOpen property between true and false.
If the IsMinimized property is false, the IsDropDownOpen property is also false.
