Education data model
With the education data model component in the education accelerator, you can use Microsoft Dataverse to build solutions based on tables and attributes that higher education and K-12 education institutions use. It includes tables for student, school, staff, and faculty data elements and more tables for attendance, assignments, internships, scholarships, grants, and accomplishments.
The education data model can be used across the Microsoft Dataverse and Microsoft technology stack. The data model is a combination of custom tables, enriched tables from the Microsoft Dataverse data model, and connections. You can extend these data elements to build industry-leading applications on Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft Dynamics 365. The education data model is also available as a stand-alone model that ISV and SI partners can utilize.

The education accelerator also includes optional sample data. This data helps customers and partners better understand the schema, and it can be installed anytime. Sample data includes records across both custom tables and enriched Dataverse tables.
