ConcurrentDictionary<TKey,TValue> innehåller flera bekvämlighetsmetoder som gör det onödigt att kod först kontrollerar om det finns en nyckel innan den försöker lägga till eller ta bort data. I följande tabell visas dessa bekvämlighetsmetoder och beskriver när du ska använda dem.

ConcurrentDictionary<TKey,TValue> är utformad för flertrådade scenarier. Du behöver inte använda lås i koden för att lägga till eller ta bort objekt från samlingen. Det är dock alltid möjligt för en tråd att hämta ett värde och en annan tråd att omedelbart uppdatera samlingen genom att ge samma nyckel ett nytt värde.
Även om alla metoder för ConcurrentDictionary<TKey,TValue> är trådsäkra är inte alla metoder atomiska, specifikt GetOrAdd och AddOrUpdate. För att förhindra att okänd kod blockerar alla trådar anropas användardelegaten som skickas till dessa metoder utanför ordlistans interna lås. Därför är det möjligt att den här sekvensen av händelser inträffar:
threadA anropar GetOrAdd, hittar inget objekt och skapar ett nytt objekt att lägga till genom att anropa ombudet
valueFactory
.threadB anropar GetOrAdd samtidigt, dess
valueFactory
ombud anropas och det kommer till det interna låset före threadA, så dess nya nyckel/värde-par läggs till i ordlistan.threadA:s användardelegat slutförs och tråden anländer till låset, men ser nu att objektet redan finns.
threadA utför en "Get" och returnerar de data som tidigare lades till av threadB.
Därför är det inte garanterat att de data som returneras av GetOrAdd är samma data som skapades av trådens valueFactory
. En liknande sekvens av händelser kan inträffa när AddOrUpdate anropas.
