Remarks
In the ControlBuilder base class, this method adds the builders of all child controls associated with the Literal control to the specified System.Web.UI.ControlBuilder object. This method is inherited from the System.Web.UI.ControlBuilder class and is not applicable to the LiteralControlBuilder. In the overridden implementation in LiteralControlBuilder, the method always throws HttpException.
