ASP.NET does not automatically throw a SoapException with the SoapFaultSubCode.Code property set to Soap12FaultCodes.EncodingUntypedValueFaultCode.
The SoapException class has a SubCode property of type SoapFaultSubCode that represents the SOAP fault subcode. The SoapFaultSubCode.Code property represents the URI for the actual SOAP fault subcode. When setting the SoapFaultSubCode.Code property to Soap12FaultCodes.EncodingUntypedValueFaultCode, set the SoapException.Code property to Soap12FaultCodes.SenderFaultCode.
