Parameters

index

Int32

The zero-based index that specifies the insertion location for the URI in the collection.

item

Uri

The Uri to be placed into the collection.

Exceptions

InvalidOperationException

The item URI is not an absolute URI.

ArgumentException

item URI already contains a scheme name already in the collection.
