A class representing a collection of KeyVaultSecretResource and their operations. Each KeyVaultSecretResource in the collection will belong to the same instance of KeyVaultResource. To get a KeyVaultSecretCollection instance call the GetKeyVaultSecrets method from an instance of KeyVaultResource.
