A class representing a collection of PartnerTopicEventSubscriptionResource and their operations. Each PartnerTopicEventSubscriptionResource in the collection will belong to the same instance of PartnerTopicResource. To get a PartnerTopicEventSubscriptionCollection instance call the GetPartnerTopicEventSubscriptions method from an instance of PartnerTopicResource.
