Strange title for an article on "Everything You Need To Know To Start Programming 64-Bit Windows Systems". The recent MSDN Magazine published an article by Matt Pietrek on the very topic.
His article discusses:

That's it and nothing more. Nevertheless if you are brand new to 64-bit app migration - how come by the way - this might be a good start.
