Virtual PC 2007 available for free

Another move towards making Virtualization a commodity on Servers AND on workstation type systems. After making Virtual Server available for free, now Microsoft makes its second Virtualization product, Virtual PC available for free. The announcement has been made this morning at the annual Microsoft WWPC.

    Where is the link to VPC 2007?  If I read the link right, it says that VPC 2007 will be available free in 2007.

    The one currently available for download is VPC 2004 SP1, right?

    Alright! Now I don't have to pay $$$ to use good virtual machine software.

    Ah but the real question is: Will it be as good as VMWare Workstation?
