Free student developer event: SLIDE5 - Mobile device development

If you are going to graduate this year and are interested in a career developing software for mobile devices (SmartPhones, Pocket PCs etc.) you should be interested in this event. In fact, if you are a first or second year student, interested in expanding your development portfolio, or heck, even if your lecturers are forcing you to be interested in mobile development, you should come along to SLIDE5.

SLIDE5 is a free conference specially for students thinking of taking mobile development seriously. We have an excellent programme of lectures and discussions to give you the resources you need to hit the ground running and make a success of your project.  

The event takes place on Monday July 18th at Microsoft Reading Campus. From 9:30 to 5:30 we will bring you the latest in development expertise. With pizza and beer for afters.

A full pack of conference notes, including a set of resource CDs, will be available for you, whether you come to the conference or not. Free on the day. Also available mail order.
