Attention Windows Mobile 6.0 & 6.1 Users – Marketplace is Open!

The Marketplace for Mobile application is available for Windows phones running Windows Mobile 6.0 or 6.1.  Go to the link on your desktop and enter your phone number to get a download link via SMS---installation is fast and easy.  You can also download directly from your phone by browsing to mp.windowsphone.com on your device. 

    If you already have a Windows phone 6.5 device, look for the shopping bag icon in your program list because Marketplace for Mobile is already installed, though you may be prompted to update when you launch the Marketplace application the first time.

    Once you sign-in to Marketplace for Mobile with your Live ID, you can simply browse and select multiple applications for installation.  The marketplace app will queue up the installations in the background.
