Business contact Manager 2010 Deployment: Warning message when deploying BCM customization file using the BCM deployment tool

SYMPTOMS

A Warning message appears when deploying BCM customization file using the BCM deployment tool in BCM 2010 with the following command:
"C:\Program Files\Microsoft Small Business\Business Contact Manager\deploymenttool.exe" /n "Add QuoteWerks fields into BCM" /f "C:\Documents and Settings\rwb\My Documents\IncludesCustomFields.bcmx"
The warning is as follows which is more of an annoyance to the user's who have to hit OK on this message:
[Warning]UniqueIDForQuoteWerks is not a valid name. The name of a user-defined field cannot be empty or exceed 64 characters or contain any of the following characters: '[', ']', '_', '#'.Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

CAUSE

This appears to be a know issue with Business contact Manager 2010

RESOLUTION

The only workaround would be to add the custom field to the form and exporting the *.BCMX file (before pushing them out using the deployment tool)
