Would like to hear experienced opinion around this event from somebody who attended past year editions. Last year I attended MEDC 2007 in Berlin, but as this year there is no more MEDC, I was considering attending Embedded World 2008. I'm a software developer with quite experience in Windows Mobile, and interested in .NET Micro Framework, Robotics and embedded systems in general. Maybe too many hardware and electronics for me? Or is there also place for software solutions? In few words, would you recommend this event? Is it an important event, with many and important people assinting there? Thanks in advance.
