Buy a sheet of bills...
A friend pointed this out to me. The cost is more than the price of the bills alone, but having a framed uncut sheet of $2 bills would be pretty neat. Not $85 neat, but neat nonetheless.

And why is it that a roll of 25 dollars cost 35$...

The roll of dollars costs $35 because you're buying uncirculated coins. And coin collectors are willing to pay that extra .40 a pop on the possibility that the value will increase over time, especially on an uncirculated set.
And, geekily speaking, uncut sheets of anything are cool. I have a couple sheets of uncut collectors cards collecting dust in a storage unit. Check out ebay, search for uncut card sheet (or maybe uncut card poster or.. well, you go search ;) )
