ADCS: Known Issue (There was a problem replying to Internal Key)

In einer nicht englischen Umgebung (<> W1) kann es beim Verbindungsversuch ADCS (Scanner oder via Hyperterminal) zu folgendem Internen Fehler kommen.

Windows Ereignisprotokoll/ Anwendung:

There was a problem replying to Internal Key [64828693]

 

Das Problem wird verursacht durch einen Sprachkonflikt in den XML Tags welche als englische Tags erwartet werden aber übersetzt gesendet sind.

Bsp.:

VT100 erwartet //ADCS/Lines/Header

gesendet wurde //ADCS/Lines/Kopfzeile

Es gibt verschiedene Ansätze das Problem zu umgehen, meine Empfehlung ist für die Tabellen 7700 – 7703 kein Multilanguage zu verwenden, d.h. die ML Captions für diese Tabellen zu entfernen.

Resolution:

As we deal with XML Tags through the Communication, Option Fields in the Tables 7700 – 7703 are used as XML Tag by the Terminal. That may cause a translation Issue on a <> W1 Environment and will result with an unexpected XML.

To resolve that at all i recommend removing the ML Captions for named Tables 7700 – 7703.
