Шаблоны Sudoer для повышения прав при мониторинге UNIX/Linux
Для эффективного мониторинга операционных систем UNIX или Linux требуются некоторые повышенные разрешения в клиентской системе для задач мониторинга и обслуживания. В этой статье приведены шаблоны конфигурации sudoers для базовой работы.
Введение
Чтобы использовать учетные записи с поддержкой sudo для мониторинга с помощью Operations Manager, необходимо установить конфигурации, чтобы авторизовать повышение прав для учетных записей runAs с помощью sudo. Общие требования к учетным записям, используемым Operations Manager с повышением прав sudo:
- Учетные записи должны быть отключены в качестве параметра по умолчанию.
- Учетные записи должны быть настроены для повышения уровня с помощью NOPASSWD.
- Учетные записи должны иметь "лекцию", которая обычно отображается при входе в систему и при повышении с помощью sudo, отключена.
Предоставленные шаблоны указывают команды, которые позволяют настроенным учетным записям запускам выполнять задачи, требующие повышенных разрешений, таких как:
- Установка агента
- Обновление агента
- Удаление агента
- Мониторинг системных журналов
- Перезапуск служб агента

Использование шаблонов
Выберите подходящий шаблон для операционной системы и замените примеры учетных записей именами пользователей учетной записи запуска и при необходимости включите другие настройки организации.
В каждом шаблоне определены две учетные записи и сопоставляются со стандартными учетными записями запуска как:

После обновления с правильными именами пользователей и дополнительными изменениями шаблон необходимо добавить в конфигурацию sudoers клиентской системы. Обычно существует два способа добавления конфигураций sudo либо путем непосредственного изменения /etc/sudoers файла или /etc/sudo.conf файла (в зависимости от ОС), либо путем добавления "раскрывающегося" файла в ( /etc/sudoers.d например. /etc/sudoers.d/scom). Эта строка требуется, так как метод ExecuteShellScript копирует содержимое скрипта с повышенными привилегиями в tmpdir временный файл со случайным образом созданным именем файла и выполняет его оттуда.
При использовании метода ExecuteShellCommand для выполнения команд с повышенными привилегиями добавьте следующее в файл sudoers:
/bin/sh— это оболочка по умолчанию пользователя, выполняющего команду, и (в этом примере)./usr/bin/vmstat -c— это команда, которую требуется выполнить.

Журнал ошибок Sudo
Одним из лучших способов устранения сбоев проверки подлинности, связанных с конфигурациями sudoers, может быть проверка журнала sudo на узле агента.
- Для операционных систем на основе RedHat расположение
/var/log/secureжурнала по умолчанию . - Для операционных систем на основе Debian используется
/var/log/auth.logрасположение журнала по умолчанию.
/etc/sudoers Проверьте файл для logfile параметра, чтобы узнать, где в данный момент записывается журнал, если используется другая операционная система или настраиваемое расположение журнала.
Запросы и время ожидания паролей
По умолчанию sudo запрашивает пароль, если команда не настроена для NOPASSWD пользователя, функция автоматического ввода паролей не выполняется при появлении соответствующего запроса и прерывает мониторинг. Чтобы предотвратить расширенные проблемы, если NOPASSWD команда не настроена, рекомендуется настроить следующий параметр в sudoers для учетной записи пользователя:
Defaults:scomuser passwd_tries = 1, passwd_timeout = 1
В этом примере задается время ожидания запроса на запрос пароля для пользователя scomuser, что позволяет команде быстро завершиться сбоем, если возникла проблема конфигурации sudo.
