Key to look up.

If key is in the XmlDictionary, the XmlDictionaryString that is mapped to the key; otherwise, nulla null reference (Nothing in Visual Basic).
Return Value
Type: System.Boolean
true if key is in the XML dictionary; otherwise, false.
