Rect.X Property

Gets or sets the x-axis value of the left side of the rectangle.

Property Value

Type: System.Double
The x-axis value of the left side of the rectangle. This value is interpreted as pixels within the coordinate space.

Remarks

You can set this value in XAML, but only as part of the attribute syntax for properties that take a Rect, or as initialization text of a Rect object element. See XAML sections and Remarks sections of Rect.

X, Y, Width, and Height can be negative. See Remarks in Rect.
