The UI Automation Name of the associated element.
Remarks
The default implementation potentially obtains a name from a designated "Labeled By" control if it exists. Otherwise, the implementation accesses the actual owner for the peer, and uses helper methods to obtain a name that is representative of the date/time presentation mode.
