Running the test

Before you run the test, complete the test setup as described in the test requirements: WDTF System Fundamentals Testing Prerequisites.

Disconnect any chained USB hubs from the system, as these might cause additional latency. This includes keyboards and monitors with additional USB ports.

This test returns Pass or Fail. To review test details, review the test log from Windows Hardware Certification Kit (Windows HCK) Studio.

Parameters

Parameter Description

PwrTest_SystemHasFB-DIMM

Does the system contain fully-buffered memory modules (FB-DIMM)?

Default value: False

 

Command syntax

Command option Description

s3resume.vbs 1

This command starts the test.

s3resume.vbs 2 <PwrTest_SystemHasFB-DIMM>

This command completes the test.
