As a set, this OID indicates the local computer name to a miniport driver.
Remarks
The information buffer that is passed in this request contains an array of Unicode characters that represents the local device name. The InformationBufferLength value that is supplied to the MiniportOidRequest function specifies the length of this array in bytes, excluding a NULL terminator.
NDIS sets OID_GEN_MACHINE_NAME only one time after a miniport driver completes initialization.
