IOCTL_SERVICE_STARTED (Windows Embedded CE 6.0)

This IOCTL is sent to the service to indicate that all super service ports that are automatically created on service startup have been opened.
Parameters
None.
Return Values
Returns TRUE if successful, FALSE otherwise. To obtain extended error information, call the GetLastError function.
