Windows Embedded CE Error Reporting collects information about events and reporting them when an unhnadled second-chance exception occurs. This is called exception mode.
In this mode, Error Reporting creates a minidump of the faulting process and, if upload is enabled, sends that information to the Watson web site, watson.microsoft.com, for analysis by Windows Embedded CE developers.
