Свойство LazySchemaValidation

Gets or sets the Boolean property value that specifies whether the schema used by the linked server data is validated when the local instance of SQL Server is idle or not.

A Boolean value that specifies whether the schema used by the linked server data is validated when the local instance of SQL Server is idle or not.
If True, the schema is validated when the instance is idle.
If False (default), the schema is validated when the data is accessed.
