Оператор Inequality (DacDomain.Key, DacDomain.Key)

Performs a Boolean inequality operation to determine whether two DACDomain keys reference different DAC domains.

A Boolean value specifying whether the two DAC domains are different. Returns True if the parameters reference different DAC stores, or if only one of the parameters is null. Otherwise, returns False.
