When you create an application, its distributors are disabled.

Enabling distributors allows them to format and distribute notifications. Use the Distributor.Enable method to enable a single distributor.

Use the Disable method to disable distributors.

Any public static (Shared in Microsoft Visual Basic) members of this type are thread safe. Any instance members are not guaranteed to be thread safe.
