Operator Element (RDL)
Specifies the operator to use to compare the values in the FilterExpression and FilterValues elements.

- NotEqual
- GreaterThan
- GreaterThanOrEqual

- LessThanOrEqual
- TopN
- BottomN
- TopPercent
- BottomPercent
