Creates and inserts an MdxScript, with the specified name and identifier, into the collection at the specified index.

index
The zero-based index at which the new MdxScript will be inserted.

name
The name of the MdxScript to be inserted.

id
The identifier of the MdxScript to be inserted.

A new, empty MdxScript.
