A CT_TrackChange element as specified in [ISO/IEC-29500-1] that specifies that the parent object has been inserted in conflict with edits made by other users. An application MAY<4> treat the parent as a tracked insertion. See section 2.2.5 for how this element integrates with ISO/IEC-29500-1.
