Specifies a rectangle relative to its parent. Each edge of this rectangle is defined by a percentage offset from the corresponding edge of the parent.
Attributes:
l : An optional ST_Percentage attribute that specifies the left edge of the rectangle. Default value for this attribute is 0. This attribute MAY<7> be required.
t : An optional ST_Percentage attribute that specifies the top edge of the rectangle. Default value for this attribute is 0. This attribute MAY<8> be required.
r : An optional ST_Percentage attribute that specifies the right edge of the rectangle. Default value for this attribute is 0. This attribute MAY<9> be required.
b : An optional ST_Percentage attribute that specifies the bottom edge of the rectangle. Default value for this attribute is 0. This attribute MAY<10> be required.
