Defines the ConflictDeletion Class.This class is only available in Office2010.When the object is serialized out as xml, its qualified name is w14:conflictDel.

A CT_TrackChange element as specified in [ISO/IEC-29500-1] that specifies that the parent object has been deleted in conflict with edits made by other users. An application MAY<5> treat the parent as a tracked deletion. See section 2.2.5 for how this element integrates with ISO/IEC-29500-1.
