	Finalize	Allows an Object to attempt to free resources and perform other cleanup operations before the Object is reclaimed by garbage collection. (Inherited from Object.)
	GetHashCode	Serves as a hash function for a particular type. (Inherited from Object.)
	GetType	Gets the Type of the current instance. (Inherited from Object.)
	MemberwiseClone	Creates a shallow copy of the current Object. (Inherited from Object.)
	ToString	Returns a String that represents the current Object. (Inherited from Object.)
	Visit	Main entry point. When this method is called, this class will figure out the current runtime type of the passed parameterValue and then call the corresponding strongly-typed visit method based on that runtime type.
	VisitConstantParameterValue	The method called when a ConstantParameterValue object is visited.
	VisitEnumerableParameterValue	The method called when a ContainerResolvedEnumerableParameter object is visited.
	VisitParameterValue	The method called when a ParameterValue object is visited and we haven't been able to otherwise identify the runtime type as a ConstantParameterValue, ContainerResolvedParameter, or ContainerResolvedEnumerableParameter.
	VisitResolvedParameterValue	The method called when a ContainerResolvedParameter object is visited.
