A filter has completed frame stepping.
Parameters
lParam1
(BOOL) Boolean value. If this parameter is TRUE, the frame step was cancelled. Otherwise, the frame step completed.
lParam2
Zero.
Default Action
The filter graph manager pauses the graph and passes the event to the application.
