Sprite.OnLostDevice Method

Releases all references to video memory resources and deletes all state blocks.

Remarks
State blocks are a collection of one or more device states that can be applied to a device with a single function call.
This method should be called whenever the device is lost. Before the object can be used again, the device must be reset and the OnResetDevice method called.
