Notify Customer Field, Service Cr.Memo Header Table
Indicates in what way the customer wants to receive notification about the service completed. The options are: No, By Phone 1, By Phone 2, By Fax, By E-Mail.
The program copies the value in this field from the Notify Customer field on the Service Header table when the service credit memo is posted.
You cannot change the contents of this field because the credit memo has already been posted.
