Code Field, Territory Table
Specifies a territory code. You can enter a maximum of 10 characters, both numbers and letters.
For each territory, you set up a code and a description. Then you enter the code in the Territory Code field on a prospect, customer, vendor, or bank account card. Later, you can use this information when you select prospects to be included in a campaign, or to assign a salesperson or service personnel.
Use codes that are easy to remember and descriptive, such as:
N_CHICAGO, S_CHICAGO, SUSSEX, BELGIUM_2
The code must be unique. You cannot have the same code twice in one table. You can set up as many codes as you like.
