RetrieveInstalledLanguagePackVersion Function

Retrieves the version of an installed language pack.
This Web API function corresponds to the organization service RetrieveInstalledLanguagePackVersionRequest.
RetrieveInstalledLanguagePackVersion function is not bound to any entity types.
