RetrieveInstalledLanguagePacks Function

Retrieves the list of language packs that are installed on the server.
This Web API function corresponds to the organization service RetrieveInstalledLanguagePacksRequest.
RetrieveInstalledLanguagePacks function is not bound to any entity types.
RetrieveInstalledLanguagePacks function does not require any parameters.
