Deploy Store Operations Agent in Copilot Studio

Important
Store Operations Agent in Copilot Studio (preview) requires registration and is currently only available to approved customers and partners during the preview period. Request configuration support to Store Operations Agent in Copilot Studio (preview) during the preview period by completing the Allowlist request form.
Prerequisites
To deploy the Store Operations Agent in Copilot Studio, you need:
A Copilot Studio account
Access to your organization's policies and procedures (such as internal documents or websites)
Optional: Integration to inventory, shipping, and product return systems
Deploy Store Operations Agent
Follow these steps to deploy the template in Copilot Studio:
Go to Copilot Studio to start the deployment process. Make sure you select the right environment in the top right corner of the screen.
Under the Start with a template section, select Store Operations.
The agent deployment process starts in the selected environment. Enter the following details and select Create.
- Name: Proposed name of the application in your organization.
- Description: A sample description is shown. You can customize based on your audience and scenarios.
- Instructions: Sample instructions are provided. You can customize the instructions based on your use cases.
- Knowledge: Sample links are provided. You can remove the existing links and add public websites where your retail associates want to search for information.
Next steps
After you deploy the app, the agent page opens. You need to make some configurations to make the agent available to your retail store employees. For more information, see Set up and publish Store Operations Agent in Copilot Studio.
