Provides data from a trace about the target and actual platform idle states of a system.

Returns
A pending result that, after the trace is processed, provides data from the trace about the target and actual platform idle states of the system.
Remarks
Target platform idle states are decided by the operating system software, while actual platform idle states are determined by hardware, and the two values may not always match.
Windows Performance Analyzer provides this data via the Platform Idle State table.
