PreviousCState	Gets the last C-State the processor went into when it was in the idle loop.
Processor	Gets the index of the processor on which the context switch is occurring.
SwitchInThreadId	Gets the ID of the thread currently planned to be switched in.
SwitchInThreadPriority	Gets the priority of the thread currently planned to be switched in.
