Если вызов метода возвращаетсяtrue, доступ к указанному элементу Contains в коллекции можно получить с помощью синтаксисаDtsProperties[index]. Если Contains метод возвращается false, это свойство создает исключение. В C# это свойство является индексатором класса DtsProperties.
