Enumerates values that control whether elements in a picker are continuously updated while scrolling or updated once after scrolling has completed.

| Immediately | 0 | Bound properties on picker elements should be continuously updated while the user scrolls. |
| WhenFinished | 1 | Bound properties on picker elements should be updated after scrolling is finished. |
