- dedicatedCapacityName

The name of the dedicated capacity. It must be a minimum of 3 characters, and a maximum of 63.
- cancellationToken
- CancellationToken
The cancellation token to use.

is an empty string, and was expected to be non-empty.
dedicatedCapacityName
is null.
