A class representing a collection of MonitoredSubscriptionPropertyResource and their operations. Each MonitoredSubscriptionPropertyResource in the collection will belong to the same instance of ElasticMonitorResource. To get a MonitoredSubscriptionPropertyCollection instance call the GetMonitoredSubscriptionProperties method from an instance of ElasticMonitorResource.
