A class representing a collection of CosmosDBForPostgreSqlClusterResource and their operations. Each CosmosDBForPostgreSqlClusterResource in the collection will belong to the same instance of ResourceGroupResource. To get a CosmosDBForPostgreSqlClusterCollection instance call the GetCosmosDBForPostgreSqlClusters method from an instance of ResourceGroupResource.
